Is your dancer looking for a little extra dance in their lives? Has your child always wanted to take a dance class, but you were unsure if you could make the weekly commitment? Are you wanting to allow your child to try something new? Our mini day camps are the perfect fit for YOU!

Throughout the year, our studio offers mini-sessions.. They often include special themes to increase the magic of the experience!

Registration is required to participate in our mini sessions. We look forward to dancing with your child!

Twinkle & Me

Explore the joy of movement with your little one and discover the many benefits of early childhood dance classes. We will dance, sing and play in both one-on-one activities and group activities. Through circle songs, open exploration and gross motor development exercises, children will blossom with each passing class as they grow with their caregiver during this precious time together.

When: Thursdays, November, 6th, 13th, 20nth and December 4th, 11th, 18th

Time: 5:00-5:30PM

Who: Dancers ages 18mo-3 years old. No experience necessary

Investment: $85 for the 6 week mini session

What does my dancer need to wear?: Anything comfortable! Shoes and dance attire are not required.

Tap Masterclass

IMDC would like to welcome Kelsey Rose Young on November 8th!

Kelsey will be teaching tap masterclasses and is a renowned performer, teacher and choreographer! Kelsey is the founder and director of Wing-it Tap intensive and challenge and is also the director of the Detroit tap repertory! She is also part of Suzy Guarino- Halls company Tap 24.7! Kelsey has performed on So You Think You Can Dance (szn 12 and szn 14)! She has traveled to Germany to compete in the IDO World Tap Championship and came in 2nd place for the Worlds Battle of the Feet!

Kelsey has had lots of training under some of the best in the industry including, Dianne Walker, Denise Caston, Greg Russell, Chloe Arnold and many others!

IMDC is so excited to welcome Kelsey to teach and share her knowledge with our dancers!

When: Saturday, November 8th

9:30AM-10:30AM Beginners ages 6-8

10:30AM-11:30AM Beginner/Intermediate ages 9-12

11:45AM-12:45PM Beginner/Intermediate Teen-Adult

Investment: $40 for IMDC Members, $50 for non IMDC Members

Jingle Jam

Unleash the holiday spirit with Jingle Jam! Designed for kids aged 5-8, this vibrant jazz class is bursting with energy and cheer. Watch them dance their hearts out to festive tunes, dressed in their holiday best. Are your little ones ready to jingle all the way?

When: Thursdays: 7:00-7:30 PM - 6 Week Session - Nov. 6 - Dec. 18 (No class Nov. 27)

Teacher: Ms. Nina
Who: Ages: 5-8
Investment: $85 for the mini session

Classroom Attire: Dancers can wear their favorite holiday outfits and ballet shoes. (Pink for girls and Black for boys). Be creative with red and green!
